He was willing to show me various options etc. The work was done perfectly and the cue was packaged and sent to UPS all in one day. I have had experiences with other vendors from Wisconsin, but the speed and care taken in addressing this task was exceptional. In addition to his skill set, he had excellent suggestions to maintaining the wrap.

The under table drawer was finally installed, the 'shims' under the legs trimmed and after numerous visits to your showroom to purchase Shorty-Cues, Accessories and the Dartboard with several sets of darts, we LOVE our purchases. "I just wanted to write you a note informing you of my recent shopping experience at your location on Airport Frwy. in Euless,TX. We needed a tall table for our game room, but around the pool table we have limited space. A Chicago Pub Shelf was the perfect solution. Don Brown, from your staff, had samples sent to the store from the warehouse so my wife could choose the best color. We brought a bar stool into your store to match up and we were able to select the right one. Some extra effort and consideration was needed from Don and he came through nicely. The customer service was excellent and the shelf looks as good as we hoped it would. The impressive part is that we felt like we were treated as if we were spending enough to outfit the whole room. The way it should be, but most times isn’t. Very nice job!!"
